10th Annual Sand Sculpting Contest September 20, 2008
The very popular Sand Sculpting Contest is now in its 10th year taking place on the beach in front of Schooners on Saturday. This year's festivities also feature Sanding
Ovations, award winning Sand Sculptors.
DIVISIONS
Youth: Ages 12 years and younger.
Adult assistance is limited to the verbal. 1-3 persons maximum.
Teen: Ages 13 to 17 years.
Adult assistance is limited to the verbal. 1-3 persons maximum.
Adult: Ages 18 and older.
1-3 persons maximum.
Family: All Ages.
Open to as many persons per team as in an immediate family including
grandparents.
Aunts/uncles, nieces/nephews not permitted.
Open: All ages.
This division is for the serious sand sculptor or the more advanced practitioners,
semi-pro and pro.
