Chicken Salad

I have a request for Francesca... last summer I had the BEST chicken salad sandwhich in the WORLD as a lunch special at Schooners... I haven't seen it as a special again, but it was good enough to add to the menu permanently if you ask me! Any chance?????

thanks! hopefully they'll consider adding it! I know it's not really "beach food" but it was too good not to have on the menu!!!
