New construction Thomas drive

Is there much new constuction on Thomas Drive section of the beach

I just got back from PCB -- unbievable construction on Thomas Drive.

:o OH NO>>>SAY IT"S NOT SO! That's BAD NEWS!
What has gotten into the PCB City Council?
Don't they realize what they are doing by allowing all of this none stop condo building?
Where are the developers who want to build something BESIDES high rise condos? What happened to the one who want to build amusement and entertainment facilities for ALL the different ages?

Where oh where is the PCB that was truly the place for everyone to vacation...no matter your age or budget?
PCB used to be the shining Star of the Miracle Strip....and now the REAL miracle will be if PCB survives....!!!!!! :shock:

Thomas Drive is not Panama City Beach's problem. Thomas Drive is part of the unincorporated area of Bay County and comes under the control of the Bay County Commission. The City of Panama City Beach has no control what so ever of Thomas Drive.

Well, the Bay County Commission is messing up and needs to hear about how they are letting the developers ruin PCB!

I also think that the PCB City Council could and should pass some regulations, as well as incentives, that would help preserve all that is good about PCB. They CAN do something to help as well as make the area around and near the beach less attractive for the developers so they would not want to build all those condos! :D
