View Full Version : Is PCB safe after Katrina
Hey guys! We are set to arrive in PCB on Sept 13th. My husband is really worried that the ocean conditions won't be safe due to Katrina's awful effects on New Orelans and MS. (Ie...Water will be dirty...fish unsafe to eat etc....) Can someone tell me if this is true. I DON'T want to give up my vacation..but I don't want to get sick from eating the fish or swimming in the gulf either. Please tell me your opinions. You can email me at browneyedprincess101@yahoo.com. Thanks!!!
My family is set to arrive in PCB on the 16th and our friends are in the condo starting this coming Friday, the 9th. I'll be getting a report from them when they get in town as far as gas prices, surf conditions, and so on. If you haven't gotten a reply by then, I'll post the info on here. You guys have a safe trip! 8)

Thanks. Any information you can give would be great.
I have been out in the Gulf, there is no debrie of bodies floating around.
Most of the problems are to the west.
Come on down...

That was really in bad taste. This state (La.) is devastated. There are still bodies floating around in N. O. if you want to come see them.

Get a sense of humor. The question was stupid for any one that watches the news to start with.

NO..YOU are stupid!!! I have a 2 year old child and FORGIVE me if I am worried about his safety and a little over protective. I DO not live in florida there for I was not aware of the conditions in florida. You need to not be so rude!!!
by the way...the statement you made about the bodies was in no way amusing to even those of us with the BEST sense of humor. You need to grow up!!!! Many people have lost their lives!!!!
Get over yourself!~!! JERK!!
