About the Boatyard

Francesca,
I saw on BeachTV that you are also affiliated with the Boatyard. Could I make a suggestion about some of the appetizers offered? Tho I know its Florida and there are lots of shellfish offerings, for those of us who are allergic there were only 2 items I could try. Maybe just add one more or offer something as a daily special? I know that might sound a bit picky but we had never been there before and would like to make it a must stop everytime we come now like we do with Schooners. It's a beautiful place and I can only imagine how busy it will be when we come back in May unless we can slip away again before then.

Thanks for the suggestion - I have passed it along to our Chef Team. You make a very good point! Glad you like the Boatyard, too. We're so excited about the food we have coming out of the kitchens at both places this Winter. We're going to keep it 'real,' but take it up another notch this Spring - please keep writing in and letting us know what you think.

Believe it or not, these forums and the feedback we get really guide a tremendous number of our decisions!

Boatyard is a beautiful place to sit and watch the boats go by while enjoying a bite to eat. Hopefully in the near future, we will be able to accomodate your request! Thanks for taking the time to share your experinece with us.
