I am just curious, of the people down in PCB over Memorial Day, was the beach more crowded? I just wonder how the gas prices are affecting travel.

Well when we left to come back home on the 24th, there were alot of people coming in. And of course the strip was really busy Friday night, the 23rd.

I was there Thur - Sat at the Shores of Panama. They had a sign out front that said "Walkin's welcome". They were offering a $50 gas card for 4 or 5 nights stay, not sure which. Saw several Vacancy signs up and down Thomas Dr.
