Okay so we are making a trip next week for our house finding trip (YEAH!) and I am not sure what to pack. Can you locals let me know what the weather next week is going to be like? We are flying and you all know the airlines are not wanting you to take luggage with you. I have been watching the LIVE CAM'S and it looks like most are wearing pants but it was suppose to be in the 70s there today.

HAVE A GREAT TIME!!!! And keep us informed on the house hunting. That is my favorite show on HGTV...House Hunters and I always wanted to real estate agent, so let us know how the market is down there.

And your point is? 70's is sweater weather. Freeeeeeezing!
Wunderground.com has a good forecast chart. Just put in Panama City Beach, FL for the location, and see what's coming. Looks like it's going to be chilly all week, with high temps in the 60s.

Well we are calling this our "HOUSE FINDING TRIP" but I found a nice apartment just a little ways away from Schooners, it was listed on craigslist. The person that listed it is who told me about Schooners & the cams. She said Schooners was a nice place now we just have to get there and see it for ourselves. I really can't wait to get there. It is cold 44 here and raining that they think will be snow this week. All I can think of is the last week of December this will all be just a thing of the past & we will be living in beautiful PCB Florida. YEAH!!!! 8)

No we are not retiring my husbands job is relocating him there at the new Pier Park. I don't plan on working but everyone here says I will get bored but I say "I would love to get bored walking on the beach & enjoying the sunshine!" We have made only one trip to PCB & we were there at 8 pm and looked around the next day and then left at 2 pm so we really don't know the area except that it's beautiful. I do plan on finding Schooners & will definately be waving to all.

How could you get bored in PCB? I don't think your friends understand where you are moving to???? You are going to love it. So what you get bored there is always a beach to walk on or rays to catch. You do know you will have to keep your new found forum buddies posted on your status don't you :?:

Heh. I didn't realize my location isn't in my profile.
I'm a Panama City Local. I did my two years in Minnesota so I can confirm that, yes, snow is not a fairy tale. But temperatures below 75F still chill my bones.
TNTSweet, I hope you enjoy your life here in PCB. A word of advice: Stick to the Forum here, and avoid reading the Squall Line too much.
