I am far from an ichthyologist, Noel. I didn't know what those fish were until the deck hands told us. I wonder if that where the phrase " make a b line to the door " came from?? Hmmm BTW.. on that Anderson boat we had 3 deck hands. I had more teeth than the 3 of them combined.

Hope its not too late but while you are in Nawlins you have to go to a sandwich shop called Mothers!! Its on Poydras St between St. Charles Ave and Harrah's Casino! You have to try their Po Boy called Ferdi Special and ask for extra debris!!!! It is the bomb!!! They were one of the top ten Po Boy shops on the Travel Channel!! Only bad thing is sometimes there is a line out the door but worth it!!!!
