Koowell. But the push up is such a better total body exercise. It engages the chest, triceps, delts and most importantly... the core. Keep curling Sassy One.
That's pretty darn good.
But how many can you lift in one day? I like 12oz and 16oz elbow lifts. My personal best is 27 (12 oz) in one day. I'm not sure I'll ever top that again....I'm not sure that I want to try! ;)
