Wow Big Dave. I'm no coug, but that's quite impressive. You keep it up and will get that "beach body" in no time. I find that with every year...gravity takes an even uglier toll on my once taught frame. I think I'll need some advice on how to achieve my health and fitness goals from Dr. Dave...Diet and Exercise Guru, PCD (pretty cool dude).

I agree, Sassy, WOW!! Very impressive, Big Dave!! I had to fan myself too, Linda. I guess I might be considered a "Barbie cougar", since I will be 50 this November. By the way, the title "Barbie" was given to me by one of the haters....I have grown to love it. Apparently, they thought I was just plastic, if only they knew. I, too, work on my beach/lake body, since I pretty much live in a bikini on the weekends. But like Sassy said, gravity takes it toll. I will fight it all the way....I refuse to grow old!!! Can't let things start getting flabby, because there are no flabby,old Barbies.

Thanks for the trip wishes Linda and Deb. It was drizzly and overcast till I got near Birmingham. I saw where a tornado went through and it looked like a bomb hit. Surf is rough with red flags today. Well, I gotta let this road weariness go.

Well, unfortunately Bob, we won't be making our annual Memorial Day trip this year afterall......1st time in 10+ years. Our son graduates from high school this Saturday and we've have/had so much going on, we decided to wait.
