we have gone for the last two years to pcb the memorial weekend week. the first year we did not know about schooners, but thanks to the webcam I found them after we had returned home the first year and enjoyed looking at the beach on a regular basis. this year as soon as we got here we went to schooners, the food was great (fried shrimp) and i dont remember our waiters name (he looked like a young Billy Joel) but he was excellent. we will be back. we didnt have any problem getting seated, it was around 5:30 on a Tues evening. Things did seem to be getting more crowed when we were leaving. the weather was great, the only complaint was the green seaweed, it made the ocean look like pea soup, but after you got out past it on the waverunners it was completely clear.
our condo is located on the opposite end from schooners, the landmark so we are away from a lot of the heavy traffic, but still come into the main part to eat, shop, etc.
