Boatyard Camera - Fish Camera

Francesca, Is there any way to change the angle or add a camera at the Boatyard restaurant so that as the fishing boats are coming back we could view their catch for the day? I believe they offload around 3:30 or 4:00 p.m.

That would be very cool. In fact, I'm guessing there are fishing vessels who would very much want to be apart of such a camera opportunity. What a form of advertising for them to each one of us who make the annual, or more often, journey back to PCB.

My guess is that if they were approached with the proposition they would be very willing to work the project. In fact, they may actually front the camera and associated charges just for the option to showcase to such a loyal PCB fan base.

I know you, Francesca, you can sell this! Work it Girl!

Well, since we just remodeled the whole place, we should take a look at our live cam placement, too!

I have asked our guys to look at it again.... last time we surveyed locations, the only thing we were guaranteed to see is a bunch of little kids unloading from the Pirate Ship! Ha!

They are checking into moving the computer so that we can get an angle on the fishing boats. The camera can not be further than 100 feet from the computer and internet cable or we lose good signal.

Thanks for pushing on this - it's worth the extra work to see if we can make it happen!
