coach, yea ruptured one in my neck, they put a plate in and screwed it down, then i blew one out in my lower back and they shaved it off. it still hurts all day everyday......

I've got 2 blown discs also. Between L4, L5 & L6. Haven't had surgery yet. I won't until absolutely necessary. I know your pain.
