Hey everyone! Well it's 2 days before the wedding and it's meltdown city here. Emotions are running HIGH, to say the least.

Hey PCBbound, I'm a surgical technologist myself. You work in a large hospital? I do. I love what I do(most days). I'm sure you can relate. Some of the "gods" that we have to work with can take a toll on ya some days.

Sorry I missed everyone. Where the heck have ya been Rosemary?

OK, so I took my 2 days off from work and let you guys down. I've spent the last hour reading this strand and I feel ashamed that I have let my friends down. Doug, I have responsed to you emails so that should count for something.

As far as PCBbound, I think she is an intelligent blond(just because the guys think she is the smart redhead). And if she is blonde, who's to say it's natural? If she is a natural blonde, there are a few of those in the world .(No hard feeling PCB)

For all of you that have been looking for my response, sorry, I decided to take a couple of days off from EVERYTHING and vegetate. I've caught up on "The Tudors"(Showtime season 1 & 2). Watched WEEDS(Showtime, fav even though I don't smoke) and caught a couple of movies. I also baked a birthday cake for one of my bartenders. Her fav, Mound's Cake(we added almonds, so I guess that makes it and Almond Joy cake). We started this tradition when we had her babyshower(4 years ago). Unfortunately most of my staff now wants Mound's Cake for there birthdays, so I make it at least once a month. I'll cook anything you want but I HATE to bake. It's to precise. It requires me to focus on ONE thing.

I can't add to everything on this strand so I'll start a new one. "Thursday with Doug". Maybe I'll be on line early enough to talk to you guys tomorrow.

I worked in a very small hospital that merged with a larger one....they closed the OR and i was the first to go...cause i was the last one hired.....been unemployed for over a year now and i miss it every day.....i understand all too well about those "gods" ....lol.....

Im a redhead.....was very redheaded till high school then started getting more brown with reddish highlights....now i just help it out a little...lol....

and my girlfriend is def a natural blonde....born cotton white headed and stayed pretty much white to very light blonde all her life
