Default Sad news about Paul Newman

I know this has absolutely nothing to do with the beach or Schooners, but I just wanted to share with my online buddies how sad I was to hear about Paul Newman's death. This past May, I saw him at his beloved Indianapolis Motor Speedway and he was looking quite frail then.
Besides being a good actor & racer, he was a great philantropist and hopefully his charitable works will continue in his honor.
If it doesn't involve the beach, it isn't a real vacation.

Mrs.Peel, I agree... he was a wonderful man and philanthopist, even more a wonderful husband. I can't believe how long he and Joanne Woodward have been married, that is a true testament the man.

Agreed it is sad that such a good actor and a great man has passed away.

A person's life is remembered by what he did while on this earth. And Mr Newman will be rememberd more for his moral charter than his acting ability. (He was a great Actor)
