Um, Schooners might be a good place.(I assume they do New Year's there. At least when I lived down there they did. Course that was during the "Jim Cannon" era.)
You might want to check out a place in Gulf County also. Then you can run back to Bay County and celebrate the New Year twice in one night.

Well I was thinking it would be nice but I couldn't get the Calendar to work. We only have been to the area one other time to look around and we were only there maybe 18 hrs and didn't know about Schooners. I was talking to a local down there & she told me about this web site or Schooners would still be a mystery. We are making a trip the middle of this month to look around and I really am looking forward to going to Schooners.

Schooners does a nice NYE party. Last year, several of us forum family members met up there and had a blast. I believe there may be plans for a repeat this year, but not sure.
