Well after a battery of blood tests run by the doctor, all they can find wrong with me is low HDL. So my choices are excerise, diet or alcohol.

Capt, you have low HDL? And they are giving you a choice of diet, exercise or acohol? I want your doc. I have never heard a doctor oking acohol! Are they talking about giving UP acohol???

My doc wants me to take an asprin a day. I keep forgetting but my blood should be thin enough with the amount of wine (red, cause it is so much better for you) I have been drinking lately. Got to be better than a Bayer a day!!

Yes, I just got it. Went out with the girls tonight for dinner. Just got back. Had a good time.
