Schoners Opening but when & how much fun?

What has happened to this board?? The posts have dropped off to nearly nothing. We need Tom back on here all the time. When I'm bored at work...I check this site on a regular basis. Without Tom talking about bars and drinks...and without Lstyle's replies to MR Tom..it's been rather dead here. We haven't even had any Ga Girl news flashes in a while! And no updates with Aquarian. And the Captain has been laying low! What the hell!! I don't know...maybe its the wild turkey that I have been sipping.. but LIVEN UP THIS DARN FORUM! And by the way Schooner's...its about freakin time you got Blue Moon beer in there!!!

MrSandMan thanks for the update. Sounds like a lot of beads "Beads" does that mean what I think it means I am knew but don't want to show up & not be prepared

MrSandMan, after I read your post I did check the calendar & it's updated & thats great FYI the home page still is saying that Schooners is open year round just thought you might like to know. Can't wait to come have a cold one & listen to your bands When we where down in Nov. the band was great :P

Here's what Schooner's missed. Wife and I are in town at the TI and took the family out to eat. Had to go to Hunt's Oyster Bar. Wife and Stepdaughter had a dozen each. I don't put stuff in my mouth that looks like it came out of it, had fried crab claws. Dinner was great, blackened grouper/shrimp with cole slaw, fries and hushpuppies, yum. Wife had hers fried. Food was great but we sure miss Schooners. They'll be open our next visit. Guess we'll go to Pier Park tonight.
Weather is cool but beautiful. Looks like I could just run out and jump in the Gulf, until I open the door and reality slaps me in the face Waiting for the sun to hit the deck here so I can sit on the balcony.
