I'm pretty sure that was Jack Sparrow in one of the PotC sequels, but I'm not positive which one. It definitely wasn't the first movie.

That quote sounds vaguely like a line that Dumbledore said to Harry Potter near the end of Goblet of Fire, but it's not exactly the same. It doesn't sound like a Yodaism, and I'm pretty sure that Obi Wan didn't say it, so it's not from Star Wars. I'm stumped.
