The sun will always rise and who knows what the tide might bring?
It would be nice if people that wanted to play "Name That Song" would respond within 24 hrs. If you don't, the Thread tends to "stall"...people get tired of checking repeatedly with no change. Also, if a song is not guessed within 48 hrs, I think the person that posted it should pick a new lyric. Does this sound OK with everyone?![]()

Sounds good to me Linda. I was waiting for jerryb to post new lyrics.
They all play on pennywhistles, you can hear them blow, if you lean your head out far enough from Desolation Row.
I'm sorry, I guess I didn't know the rules. Here's one.
"Taste for the good life, I can live it no other way"
Hey jerryb...there weren't any rules. I just made some suggestions to, hopefully, make this thread operate a little smoother and therefore be more fun. Thanks for taking the time to participate....just wish I knew the song you posted! Drat!![]()

It's hard playing games without rules, that's why I don't play cards with my mother. She makes up her own rules as you play.![]()

Actually it's fun to see what she'll come up with next.
Whoever said life's not great without sunshine has never danced in the rain.
I can't put my finger on it, but I think it's from one of these bands.

It helps to be a parrothead. Think Jimmy Buffett.
Where's Sweet2? She knows LOTS about Jimmy Buffett songs!![]()

I don't know this song,...but I think this is ok for this thread....I had to take a road trip up to my mom's yesterday. The way I look at it, I could have been half way to PCB, anyway I was listening to this radio station out of Indy, WJJK, they play classic hits. My truck (blazer) was not only flying down the road, but it was rockin!!! That was the best station. Queen, Styx, Boston, Phampton, ....I was singin and boppin behind the wheel!
