We got maybe an inch of snow overnight on Christmas Eve. Made everything look pretty for Christmas.
Well, I think I've finally recovered from the weekend. I started cooking at 10A on Christmas Eve and didn't stop until we sat down to dinner at 6:30 that evening. Good thing I'd done my baking & made dips the day before or I'd still be there in the kitchen! LOL
Christmas Day, we just stayed home and sat in front of the tree, talking to family from all over the country and sipping Bloody Marys. I really missed being able to talk to my Dad on Christmas, but some of the neighbors dropped by for a mug of Christmas cheer and before you knew it, the day was gone!
They were saying on the news that Atlanta hadn't had accumulating snow since 1882 or something like that. If you didn't have to go anywhere, it was probably quite a treat to have a white Christmas!
