Anyone know what they are building on the beach?
The sun will always rise and who knows what the tide might bring?
Probably something related to the Cajun Fest that's coming up.
If it doesn't involve the beach, it isn't a real vacation.
About a year and a half ago, I asked for prayers for my mom for as little pain and as much comfort as possible while she battled her cancer. I wanted to thank you all for the prayers which obviously worked since she never had any pain until her passing away yesterday. Being pain free through this was a blessing. I was at my mom and dad's house today looking at old photos and came across this postcard from 1977. Not much construction at the time.
