My wife and I try to keep an eye on homes and condos for sale in PCB. This link might be helpful http://www.beachybeach.com/thebeachshow/ . They have a lot of videos on you tube.

Jerry b and Mrs Peel, I think we are all about the same age? Are we 1952 babies? I hope to retire at 62. My friend Mary that went to PBC last Sept with me, we decided that we were only 49 and if we retire in 2 yrs, then we will be 52. We felt so happy about, along with the beer and the wine!

Gabchbum, I watch their videos. My first love is real estate. Wished I had went that way. My husband says I get the house hornies too often.

Yes Deb, I will be the big 6-0 on Memorial Day this year. I thought we'd celebrate it in PCB, but it looks like it's going to be New Orleans instead. Never been there. Should be fun.
If it doesn't involve the beach, it isn't a real vacation.

I am 62. I have celebrated every birthday in Panama City Beach since 1975 except 1981, the year my daughter was born.
