Careful! The word "koowell" is horribly offensive to some. Tom is the only one that can use it without fear of being attacked. I rent from the same people for my June and July weeks...but the rest of the time I just look for the best rates. You can surely get an entire week in September cheaper than you can get a few days. I'm just glad I have mine locked in. It's on the 18th floor...so the beach festivities won't be too loud and keep the family up. Last year the band was playing on the beach late in the evenings. I'm there Dude!

LOL!! I better watch how I say it then!!!! We are on the 5th floor But they close the pools at 10pm so there isn't much noise. I have had mine booked since May and I am ready! 45 days to go!

It's about a half mile or less from Schooners ..between the Summit and Schooners.

The Google says it's 6/10ths of a mile. I was close.

I have some skills Actually I've walked and ran that area of the beach so much over the years that I know how far things are apart. It's 8/10s to the park pier from Seychelles. It's 1.7 miles to the jetties. Stay thirsty my friend.
