I pay 700 for 9 nights and I do not have to put down a deposit.

You can't beat that rate. I can't stay that long this time of year...well I could..but it wouldn't go over to well with the wife. That's a hellavu deal.

Good news, bad news. The bad news is that we won't be going to Watkins Glen the week before Lobsterfest due to catastrophic engine failure last weekend at Grattan Raceway. The good news is that we won't be going to Watkins Glen the week before Lobsterfest, so I'm going to try to change my time off to Lobsterfest weekend and head down there instead! When life gives you lemons, make lemonade! I might be coming down there solo. When I mentioned heading to PCB instead, he just looked at me like I had two heads. I'm going to write off his reaction to shock & disappointment over his car and hopefully he'll join me.

I get a good deal from the owner because I have rented from him for the past 8 years. Sometimes 2 or 3 times a year. I have also done a few repairs in the condo for him. The owner lives in Chicago.
