You pretty much hit the nail on the head! I was told there is no power on the island and there arent any plans to. The guy who runs the beach service said there are a few privately own lots on the island but the state will not let them develop them. So I guess if you own one, all you own is a lot of sand. They need to take care of the abandoned structures on the beach before they build any new ones!

Seriously..it was awesome hanging out with you and Michele. It was nearly as good as running into Lstyle
