I watched that CMT show where the dude tries to copy the KFC chicken. I tried his recipe tonight and it was pretty impressive, KFC has nothing to worry about yet but it's pretty freakin close. If I get a pressure fryer it is gonna be on.

How much are they asking for crab claws these days if you don't mind my asking? I know it's market price. I love them sauteed with butter and garlic.
