That was me and the Kat. We like the Commodore. I rent directly from the same couple of owners. So I know what to expect. I have rented from the Commodore directly and got a unit that needed some work. They have done a lot of upgrades around the property the past few months. It's in great shape.

The Kat is a silver fox You'll be pleased with the Commodore property. Just be sure that you like the unit you're renting. There are super nice units in there...and there are units that need to be remodeled.
